I finished my BA(hons in Law) in 2011 as part of BA.LLB(hons) 5yrs and complete degree in 2012 but i started working in 2011 with - Law firm and worked till 2013(for two years) and later on I got my student visa for Australia and since then I have been in Australia and from Feb 2014 till March 2017(3years) I worked for an IT company but last month my Visa was cancelled for Australia because I finished two Business certificates and couldn't continue further.
Will my all the experiences be valid?
Will my experience during student visa be valid as full time work ?
Will mu immigration status of Australia matter??
My IELTS score is
R-9
L-8.5
S-7.5
W-7
I am not sure if anyone can suggest that will be great.

As I understand, your work experience should match with your degree. eg: if you are planning to show IT experience of 3 years, you need to have the related degree. Please check again,this is as per my experience.

I am currently working as a lecturer in Malaysian university with Bachelors in dentistry and MSc in Dental materials. I have 6 years experience with NOC 4011 and 2 years experience with NOC 4021.

However, I did work as a full-time deputy manager at a betting office during my post study work visa in 2005-06 for which I have a work experience letter.

I have only shown on my EE profile that I have experience as a lecturer.
Would you advise me to update my profile with my UK experience as a deputy manager ? Does this make any marked difference in my profile ? Anyone with a valuable advice will be greatly appreciated...thanks

With 6 years of work experience you already get maximum points. Also the work experience needs to be within past 10 years to count for points. So no need to mention it in your profile

I'm not familiar with PNP EE nomination so can't really answer that
What is your points at the moment? If it's high enough to be selected in next draw then you don't have to worry about it.

Last draw was 433. it could come down in the future you never know.
If you are looking into provincial nomination, you should probably open a separate thread and ask for opinions from seniors. Like I said I'm not familiar with that. If you are looking at Ontario though, its program is currently on hold.

As long as you are legally residing in Auatralia as per Australian immigration laws and can get a police clearance certificate from Australia and your home country as specified by CIC on their website you are good to apply. With regard to work experience the if you can gather sufficient evidence I.e work experience letters, Pay stubs, bank statement etc then you apply Under express entry while waiting for your immigration appeal determination in Australia.

Yes I am still legal immigrant as I have bridging visa with all Police Clearences
For work experience I have Employer letter and pay slips but I was paid cash and I don't have tax returns and my field of studies and experience are different to each other does that effect??
