Hi all,

I need you suggestion :-X
did lots of research but still cannot find the answer

I had been doing a practice for 8 month in a firm before I got promoted to a professional occupation position in the same firm.
This practice was a full-time, commission based and included duties similar to my current occupation position.
Can I count this 8 month practice as a work experience and what I need to do so?
don't want to loose this 8 months..

Thanks!!

Hello,

What do you mean by practice? Was it an internship? Or was it an official paid training while you were employed?
If, and only if, it was full-time and you were paid full-time on salary, paid your taxes, and you were on work permit, then it can be counted towards your application experience.

Wait for other's inputs.

Best of luck,

it was a commission based training to get the job. it just was went longer as I expected. yes, im have an open work permit

Commission is an accepted form of remuneration. However, the important question is, did your company see you as an "employee" during this time, or self-employed?
