I was working in a call center, full time, while studying my commerce degree (As my degree was from correspondence). I am from India.

Can I count this work experience for Federal Skilled Workers under Express Entry?

Thanks!

Are you putting your files from India or you are currently in Canada ?
TO apply under any skilled worker you have to be under NOC 0 A or B occupation list
If it was intermediate Job which doesn't require any college diploma or university degree, It will not count as skilled worker and unfortunately you won't be qualified.
Look at the Job classification below:
Skill Type 0 (zero) – management jobs.
examples: restaurant managers, mine managers, shore captains (fishing)
Skill Level A — professional jobs. People usually need a degree from a university for these jobs.
examples: doctors, dentists, architects
Skill Level B — technical jobs and skilled trades. People usually need a college diploma or to train as an apprentice to do these jobs.
examples: chefs, electricians, plumbers

Hope this helps

Saying someone works in a call center can cover so many things given you could have highly trained technical specialists or people who cold call people basically being a nuisance to the recipient of the call. You would need to be more skill specific to get any realistic feedback and even check on the classification site as doubtful just anwering the phone unless on a tech basis would qualify as skilled http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

Thanks for your reply. I was into technical support. troubleshooting computers and s/w, working with an MNC full time.

But the question is i was doing my graduation along with it. so will that experience be counted
