Work Experience while part-time student

Hey there,

I am wondering whether my work experience (full-time) from the summer term (when I was only a part time student) counts towards the one year required experience to apply?
I got a job just before graduating in April (part-time) and then full-time then onwards. I finished all courses at end of August.

Could I apply?

If the work / study was in Canada, you can't use it. If it was anywhere else, you can use it.
