I applied around the same time to Gerry's Karachi too. I got my medical done on the 30th before him and yet I don't have the visa as yet.

He applied mid-june to gerry's karachi and got his medical done on the 8th August. He got his visa this morning.

I sent my passport back with medical on 2nd august. Do they send visas on Friday?

I think you should defer to the january session because the visa process takes atleast 2 months. Also, missing even a couple of weeks of college is not very good. Did your visa get rejected after medical or before?i

I am not too sure because they have also sent people emails saying that their application has been finalized.

Medical was done on 30th july, sent passport back 2nd August.

I emailed them so they replied me with this. And yes medical done on 2nd August.

"Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer. Background checks are over for this application". This is an extract from the email I received today. Is there any chance I could receive the visa this week? I must leave next week.
