Work Experience vs NOC Code Selection

Hi,
If the main duties mentioned in Employer given Reference/Work Experience letter does not fully match the main job responsibilities of NOC Code which i would have uploaded while creating Express Entry profile will my application get rejected?

Or in other words
If i mention the wrong NOC Code in my Express Entry profile and later Immigration Officer while evaluating my past Work Experience Letters finds there is not much similarities with NOC Code job descriptions, will my application be refused from processing?

NOC Code selection is the applicant responsibility. But our past work experiences may be associated with 2 or 3 different NOC Codes but we select the most closest matching code. Even then there could be mis-match. How to go about it?

Thanks

Thanks for your suggestions

One of my past experience of 2yrs falls in the type "C" skill set whereas another experience to certain extent matches type "A" skill set.

1) When i mention both these experiences, i guess they will only consider skill type "A" and give me points.
Under 67/100 eligibility point system if 6years then applicant gets full 15 points but in CRS Score Calculator Tool it shows 3yrs and above is more than enough to fetch you points. Which one is more relevant.

2) If an applicant work experience falls under skill type " C" then what is the way to apply for Immigration ?

Yes, understood. One more query crosses my mind.
My designation in previous experiences were Marketing Executive(not Manager). But the jobs or main duties that i had previously executed(accomplished) which will be mentioned in my Employer furnished Reference Letter falls under Marketing MANAGER title for the selected NOC Code with skill type "0"

Am stuck in a situation as detailed below:
There is one of the NOC Code in Skill Type "O" which as per CIC website has title mentioned as "0621-Retail and wholesale trade Managers"
Under this code whatever CIC in its website has mentioned as "MAIN DUTIES" , i have already executed them in my previous companies but my job title was " Trade Marketing EXECUTIVE"(not Manager)

Will this difference in Job Titles cause a mis-match of NOC Code vs Main Duties in my EE profile and then possible rejection thereafter????

Or other words -where my designation does not match NOC Code Title whereas job responsibilities in my reference letter matches about 60% to Main Jobs mentioned under that NOC Code will it still be rejected by Immigration Officer..
