Do we count from Positive LMO date or work permit Date of of ? I received LMO psoitive in Jan, and was working in correct Noc code since, but received actual work permit in June. Do i start counting the year in Jan or June? Please help.

count from the work permit starting date................!!!

Johni - an LMO does not authorize you to work, only a work permit does. If you started working 6 months before you were authorized to work... oops, that's bad. At best, you cannot count those six months. At worst, you and your employer could have problems. You won't be able to hide it either, as your tax records will show you were working.

Under what circumstances were you in Canada prior to receiving your work permit? I mean, were you on a visitor visa, student permit ... ?

You might consider consulting an immigration lawyer for advice.

I was working under "implied" status, as I was working with same employer under a different work permit for "Sales Representative" NOC Code C.

Well, that's a little less concerning, but still, if you were on implied status for "Sales Representative," that is the ONLY work you were authorized to perform while on implied status. You cannot change jobs until you receive the new work permit. So your experience would not count anyway, since it was not classified as skilled.
