Work experience query. Please help.

Hello friends!
I created my express entry profile yesterday and got a score of 470. I am expecting an ITA soon. Regarding my work experience, I had worked in an African country for some 7 months. Even on repeated requests, my employers are not providing me with any work experience certificate or other documents. Can I just remove that 7 month experience from my work history in EE profile or is it mandatory to show it? Kindly help.

Does it affect your overall score?

You only need to mention/provide evidence of work experience which you are claiming points for.

You don't need to mention the work in work history if it is not adding CRS points. However you must mention this trip in your personal history and you will be asked to provide a police certificate from this African country because you stayed there 6+ months
