Work Experience ( Q's for Seniors)

Hi all my seniors..I need to confirm that does CHC requires a business card of a person signing an employment letter from all our previous employers.OR just a from a most recent employer .Secondly, if we have worked with a company about 4-5 years ago which no longer exists, then how we can prove that our work experience was genuine incase they contact employer for any verification checks.

Thanks for the information indeed.Actually, I forgot to include mailing labels with my pre-assessment application.Will it be returned you think??????????Also, I managed to send them mailing labels yesterday with a cover letter detailing my personal information,making easier for dem to find my records(application hs already been already acknowledged).
