Work Experience Proof Query

Dear all,
I work in my family business.and the business is owned by my mother.Its a proprietorship manufacturing unit.
From Feb 2017 I started working their as a procurement manager till date.I take salary without pf deduction as pf deduction is not mandatory above Rs.15000/- salary.only professional tax of Rs.200/- is deducted from salary.so in my condition 3 years of experience will be counted or not?

Please guide me.

Yes, it can be counted as long as you can get reference letter which states your working hours, roles and responsibilities, job title, your salary
