Work experience prior to my education

Actually, I have 4plus years of experience as Machine fitter after 10th standard but I dont have the education requirement specified in their websites. I want to apply under express entry.

I have this experience till 2013 and after that i have recently completed Bachelor's of engineering in this year.

My question is "are they going to consider my experience which before the completion of my Bach

If you can justify your work experience by providing your Appointment Letter, Reference Letter along with your Salary certificate, Pay slip and Tax clearance, you can apply. But there will be always a question how did you get that job after 10th standard? You can explain this in LOE.

Its a basic job. Generally it doesn't need any education qualification.

I have appointment letter, relieving letter and pay stubs. My salary was less so no tax clearance certificate. Would that work??
 
If it's a "basic job" you have to make sure that the NOC is 0, A or B otherwise it won't add any points to your CRS.
 
It falls under NOC B. So would that be ok if I have experience but not the required qualification they mentioned on their website?
