Dear all,

I am wondering if somebody could help me with this:

Does the principal applicant and the spouse have to sent, with all the forms and the payment, a notarized employment contracts FROM THE PRESENT AND THE PAST EMPLOYERS ?????? Is that true??
I read that there is a checklist that has to be attach to the documents and there are a lot of things in that list, like the notarized employment contracts, original letters of reference from your past and current employers, transcripts for all the post-secondaries studies and more.
Could anybody tell me if this CHECKLIST exist? I had so many info that is driving me crazy.

Thanks in advance for any help.

BTW this blog is awesome.

Regards,

Ricardo

the checklist comes as part of your in-country instructions

you can't possibly apply without going to this document, it's all here

If you are applying using the FSW Category 1, then, there is no need to send the documents NOW. After your case is recommended to your visa office, you need to send the documents listed in Appendix A specific form to your visa office in 120 days.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your answers, but what I don't understand is in that checklist Appendix A, after all the checklist they say " Place all of your documents in a sealed envelope and mail them to the Consulate in Sao Paulo", but when I called them, they told me that the skilled worker application has to be send it to Sydney - Canada??, so that is why I don't know about my first question either.
So I am applying to the skilled worker, category 1. Do I have to send all that paperwork about my present and past employers or not?

TKS again.

Hi, I guess you did not read my post carefully. If you are applying using FSW category 1, You need to only send the application forms, the money and a copy of your passport bio-data plus two address labels to SYDNEY, NS office. They will have an initial check to see if your forms are complete, the money is right and your work experience is among the 38 occupations listed. If approved, they will then ask you to submit the docs on Appendix A to you local visa office. Clear?

Good luck!

Thanks wpc71.
Hello Richiejarrin,

When you apply for FSW category, you have to ensure your forms are correct and your CV enlists the job duties as outlined by the NOC code you are applying in. Keep that in mind, or the sydney center will refuse it.

Take care and good luck
