Greetings everyone! I have a score of 414 and most likely I would receive a PT from Ontario. I have 3 years and 11 month of experience. In my OINP form can I claim 4 years of experience? I estimate that the package will arrive to Ontario the same day I reach the 4 years of work experience.

Please let me know if this won't bring any issues.

I will be waiting for your response!
Thanks!

You need to mention the exact time period of your work experience. Only if you receive the PT NOI from Ontario on a date on which you have already completed 4 years of work exp., only then you can mention as 4 years in your application. Else, it will be considered as misrepresentation.

When you fill the EE form you will be asked to fill your work exp as follows:

From: To:
[] Is this your current job?

So for your current job there will be no end date if you are working.
You will get points as per the years of exp you have on the day you apply.

A little correction here. They calculate the work experience accumulated on the day PT NOI is received by the candidate.
No wonder there were a lot of rejections since applicants had not completed the mandatory 1 year work exp. on the day they received the PT NOI.
So, the points for work exp. are allotted only until the day you receive the PT NOI.
This may sound unfair but it's a fact.

Good to know! Thank you all for your help! I will wait for the 4 years then! is only a month away

Thanks!

It all depends on when you receive the PT NOI from Ontario. It's not in your control. Moreover, it does not make any difference to your application if you do not have 4 years of work exp.

Hi,
I need a quick advice by expert members.Actually I have created my profile in Express Entry on July 8,2019 and at that time my Canadian work experience was 11 months 4 days. And now I got NOI from OINP on July 12,2019 and on this date my Canadian experience is 11 months and 8 days. So now my doubt is will Ontario except my OINP application considering my Canadian work experience as 1 year or not ??Or should I create OINP profile on completing 12 months for this NOI?? Then what are the chances?? Please help with your valuable suggestions.TIA

OINP - NOC 2147. Need help please!!
In last 5 years, I have 2 Jobs
A = current
B = 2nd Job.

In last 10 years, there is JOB C as well.
C = 3rd Job

Last 10 year breakup:
A = non-NOC --- [2018-2019]
B = NOC-2147 --- [2012-2018]
C = NOC-2147 (partial) --- [2010-2012]
Doing nothing = [2009-2010]

I have not shown anything apart from Job B in my EE profile.

My question is - Do I need to show anything for Job A and Job C from a reference letter perspective? I believe I do have to show in the 10 year history, but to securing OINP will Job B be enough and not showing current employment on paper?

Please advise.
