Work Experience Letters

I have received ITA, and I am gathering the last of my work experience letters.

I have gotten the first before Christmas.
I wrote up everything and sent it into them to sign.
I really like the format of this first letter.

I am being told by others that have gone through PR, that each Work Experience letter has to be original.
Such that it looks like it has been written by different people.

What should I keep in mind when I write this next letter?

Try to write different roles and responsibilities in each letters, may be increasing with time, because you have gained expertise. Try to be different, but at the time time satisfying the officer with the statements made in your letters, that you were indeed doing what you mentioned you were doing.
