Work experience letter.

i got my ITA last month i have 7 plus years of work experience .. 4 plus years for my current job for which i am claiming points ... and 3 years with other firm that i am not claiming.. ....Problem i have is,
I cannot get employer verification letter for the 3 years job which i am not claiming .. will this effect my application if i cannot provide letter. i do have complete documents for the job which i am claiming ...

Please advise.

You get max points for 3 years of experience. Move your previous job to personal history from the work history as there are no additional points for that. No documents will be required of jobs in personal activity section.

Remove it from work history to personal history.
It doesn't matter as you're not claiming points from it. They'll not ask for documents for it.
