Work Experience Letter

Hi All - I need to get Work Experience Letter from my current company but i don't want to give them the reason as "Canadian Immigration" as it would not be ideal incase the immigration doesn't work out. Looking for alternative reasons i can give my HR & Manager to get the work experience letter.

Hi. I just told my employer that I need a reference letter and exactly what should be in it. I didn't tell the anything about Canada immigration.
