Work-experience letter issues and work-arounds

I am an ex-TCSer and I have got Ontario PT (interest). I am planning to send my package within a week.
Regarding past work-experience, I have service letter and skills certficiate which cover most requirements of work-ex letter.

Missing points:
1) No. of hours per week
2) Exact details about responsibilities and duties. My skills certificate says "SAP HCM Functional Consultant" and "SAP ABAP Technical consultant" as skills
3) Period for positions held... I have always been tagged on SAP consultant role and skills certificate shows it as last role during service. But it does not show period. Also, position means designation or role? I was systems analyst(designation) and SAP Consultant (role).
4) Big period of leave (590 days or so) is mentioned. It was for my masters. It doesn't show exact period or reason in certificate.

I am approaching HR but I doubt if they give me new letters on letterhead. We are talking about TCS which is huge and semi-government types with 1.5 lakh employees.

1) Will it be OK if I get a mail from HR regarding these details? I am not sure if HR will and if they will cover all points.
2) What if I don't get mail? Is it ok if I submit, skills certificate, service certificate, paystubs and offer/appointment/release/compensation letters, etc.

Any guidance is appreciated.

1. Yes HR will provide you the details. There is a dedicated department who will issue reference letter. They might not write responsibilities and if that happens, get an email from your ex boss certifying roles and responsibilities. no need to get that notarised (I didn't do it).

2. Submit as many supporting docs as possible.

I got additional reference letter from my ex employers (Infosys) stating everything but responsibilities. To bridge the gap, I got an email from my ex boss stating the roles and responsibilities with full signatures (including designation, contact details, email id, phone nos etc), plus a statement at the end stating "For verification, CIC may reach on email id or contact nos given" etc. Printed this email, scanned and uploaded along with email from HR stating HR can NOT issue reference letter with RR as it is against their policy.

I also uploaded promotion letters showing designations, salary slips of last 6 months plus few random from the previous years etc.

CIC needs to check that you have actually put in efforts to get the complete requested details.

In LOE, I explained that I tried but company policy restricts HR team to issue ref letter with "missing information"

Some folks advise for notarisation as well but I did NOT do any. I believe that is not required.
