Work experience letter doesn't include salary

Hi there,

I obtained my work experience reference letter and the company doesn't usually include the salary in the reference letters.

Do you think it will be a problem if I submit the letter without the salary on it or do I have to go back to them and ask them to add it somehow?

If they can do this it is wonderful. Otherwise you could prove your salary by submitting your joining letter with offer, and then your bank statement will show that salary. In my case my employer would give me employment letter and a separate letter showing my designation and salary. You could also do this. Two separate letters will also work.

Many thanks. I will try to get them to add it in the reference letter so I don't need to prepare extra documents.

It's better to include salary in it, if not, you can attach your T4 forms and pay stub
