Work experience issue

We have joning letter, experience letter and in experience letter it has been mentioned that hwo much she is getting as pay.

Only problem is that roles and responsinbility for that we made affidavits. In addition to that I would like to highlight one more thing ... she has been filing PR unde Business Analyst under whcih she was working for last 5 years now. For that we have the roles and responsibility letter from the emploeyer.
We have made affidavits for experince that she had 5 years ago (as lecturer in college). I guess, CIC wants the letter of roles and responsibility to see whether applicant was working under same profile for last 1-2 year under wshich he or she is applying for PR. Please suggest

Hi,

A query regarding my Employment records is that I joined work in City A and after 2 years got transferred to City B for 1 year under the same job & same NOC. Should I enter two fields in my work history or should I just enter 1 row for my 3-year tenure with the company, & given the Place as City B (because the tenure ended there)?

In my address history though, I've mentioned 2 years in City A & 1 year in City B. Is it the correct thing to do?

City A is mentioned in my Offer Letter (which I may choose to not upload) & the pay stubs of the first 2 years. City B is only mentioned in my last year's pay stubs. Relieving letter doesn't mention any city. What would you have written as your place of work in case of a transfer under the same job & same NOC?
