Question regarding the Express Entry profile under CEC category:
Working with same employer since November,2019. The WP was valid till March 2021 and the NOC code was 2174. Role changes with in organization and new work permit with NOC code 2173 was submitted to IRCC and approved on May 2020.
From May 2020 till today not completed the 1 year (1560 hours) of work. But for the same employer with 2 different work permits(as Noc 2173 and 2174), with no gap in employment; completed required full time hours.
Now while submitting the Express entry profile , what should be the answer for the below question ?
Yes or No
* Has Mr ABC been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) (required)
