Work Experience gained on Post Graduate Work Permit Extension is counted in CEC ??

Hi i applied for PGWP extension 3 months ago , which from the start i know will be refused. But i have working continously on my Noc B position. My question is the experience after my PGWP got expired and i applied for PGWP Extension, will count towards my PR exp in CEC.
I did some research online, some says it will count as it on implied status, but some says it would not count as i was never eligible for PGWP ext.
Please let me know, if anyone can help.

It could go either way. Ultimately it will be up to IRCC. Ideally you should not count this work experience when applying for PR.
