Work experience from Small private limited company will it affect EE FSW -O application

Profile - I am applying for EE FSW-O from India, BCOM , 1 year of work experience in accounting ,Diploma in Fashion designing.

CSR score - 441 points (got ECA for two or more certificate and CLB 9 )

Spouse - 3.5 years exp and 2 yrs from reputed MNC, If spouse is primary applicant CSR score - 394since IELTS missed CLB by 0.5 to score extra points under skill transferability)

Q1 - I am just worried about the eligibility and successful application since my work experience of 1 year is from small private limited in accounting skill level B and reference letter will be signed by director whom i was reporting ??

Q2- Is it fine for me to be primary applicant with experience in small company ??

Q3 - Wait for spouse to get CLB 9 and keep him as primary applicant.

Q4- POF i will joint my name with spouse bank account just before the ITA - can i use this joint account for POF with the fact that i recently joined the account and bank will provide the requisite letter with both the names mentioned in the letter.

Require quick help since need to submit the profile at the earliest.

1. Does your work fall under a relevant NOC? As long as it does, you are good to go.
2. Experience in a small company does not matter. Not every company in the world is an MNC.
3. It is completely up to you. either of you can be the primary applicant. Whoever gets the maximum CRS, should be the main applicant.
3. Yes, you can use a joint account (only with your spouse, who must accompany you) as your POF.

No, you do not need to explain anything about joining the account.
CIC isn't interested in the past of your account. All they care about is, whether you have the 'Minimum" fund available in your name or not!
Also, by the time CIC looks into your account, it will be more than 6 months since you have joined the account as well!

Also salary paid in cash and ITR not filled will that effect experience certificate ??
