Work experience from my own business

Hello Everybody, i am new in the forum and i have a couple of questions, it will be great if somebody can help:

1) I am running a small company (Digital Marketing and Design Services) during more than a year. My question is regarding how to prove it. From my past jobs i just asked for a Certificate of Work where shows the time i was working there, salary, duties, etc.
For my own company, i saw that Reference from Partners/Clients will be enough, plus the Business Registration and similar certificates.

Anyone has experience or more details on the Reference from Partners/Clients?

2) I found that we need to provide a criminal record certificate from all the countries where we have lived for +6 months.
I was living in China for more than a year, but only 4-5 months with working visa (the rest of the time i was as a tourist. That counts for more than half year or only 5 months?

The problem is that i am not in China now and is almost imposible to get the certificate if i do not have a Working/Student Visa now (I can go easily cause i live near, but as tourist).

Can they reject my application if i do not submit the criminal record certificate from China?

Did you take any clients ? Do you have any proofs of the payments you took from them ? If you can build a case history that you ran a company that actually raised bills for services rendered and back it with bank statements it should work.

Any stay of more than 6 months needs PCC. No PCC no PR. Simple as that

Yes, I have a lot of bills from the service we offer to different clients with bank statements.

For the PCC i will try my best, cause is not easy living outside of China.
