Work Experience from a Sole Proprietor

I have some part time work experience from a sole proprietor. It is not a Pvt Ltd company, can I still show that as a part of my work experience history ?
I have checked on the Canadian Goverment site, they haven’t mentioned anything regarding the same.

No sure about this Akansha, make sure this company's information can be found on the internet and more sources. Officers do check these things.
