Work Experience for Express Entry

I am having 3 years of work experience, but I have got the Payment of 1year and 8 months in Bank and rest of the Payment I have recieved through Cash.
Will Canada Immigration consider total 3 years of experience as valid?

I have been working with a startup that was not paying me a full-time salary however, I was getting paid partially a salary and shares of the company, I have provided the payslips and the shares certificates. Does that count as work experience? and do you know any success story that was similar to mine?
