in my case and in all other cases which i know they never even make a call.Is there anyone whose employer had been contacted.Please do tell what they gonna to ask.

They called my employer and assistant picked up the phone the CIC guy asked him where Am I he said he is out for a meeting. He said ok when will he be back, assistant told him he doesnt know. CIC guy asked ok whats his designation he told him. CIC guy said i will call tomorrow to speak with him and he never called.

actualy in my case, experience is from two employers.do they usually call present employer or both. if u have any experience plz share

It depends upon the immigration officer they might call all or might just call latest one. Usually if the work experience stated is eligible for claiming points and if the VO/IO has to call then they will call all the employers as once they conduct background check on one employer then they call all but as I said it as per individual case and each visa officer handling the case
