Work Experience Duration

Hello, when I submitted my express entry profile I did not have 3 years work experience. I was 15 days short. But as the system calculates work experience based on months and not days, they calculated 3 years. I received my ITA on Sep 2. Should I proceed with the application or decline it and wait for the next draw? Also, is work experience locked at ITA or Aor? Will appreciate your help.
