I submitted the application 2.months before the completion of 2 year CEC and it was a continous employment

@natash congratulations!

I am in same situation, I am in Canada for 3 years now, but I was traveling a lot outside, so I am missing 60 days to complete 2 years.
Have you traveled outside Canada during your employment? shall I apply or decline?

I had the valid job offer NocB and I got the Oinp approval too at the same time

I would suggest you to consult a lawyer before applying as my lawyer suggested me to apply because i was on the same job even after applying and my employer is very cooperative

@natash thanks a lot for your time answering me.

I am in same situation I have a valid job offer with same employer, also my employment is continuous with same employer since 2021.

I have asked two lawyers so far and each gave me different answer. Can I have your lawyer contact information please
