Hi everyone. I have a very confusing situation rt now...
BBA - 2012-2015
1st Work experience - Aug 2015-Feb 2016 NOC B
2nd Work experience - June 2016 - June 2018 NOC B
MSc. 2019-currently (I will receive master's in Feb 2021)

So, I have a gap of 1 year from July 2018 September 2019.

Would I have to work after masters for 1 more year in order to be eligible for EE. I mean I already have 2 years of full time continous work experience in NOC B. So if I apply for EE after Feb 2021, when i get masters, will the previous experience post bachelor's and pre-masters will not count?

Any help is appreciated.

I also spoke to a consultant. They told me that this condition makes me eligible to apply. However, the gap from july 2018 to aug 2019 will be an issue unless i can explain in a letter why the gap was there. So, in summary, eligibility is there however, the visa officer might have an issue with it after doc submission.

The gap is no issue. Please ask the consultant to explain why they think it is an issue and which regulation or policy this claim is based on.

Of course there is no harm in explaining this in an LoE, but it is not required.
Sorry for the late response. Thank you so much for the help. I asked the consultant and they told me "It is better to not have a gap". I understood the meaning. Anyways, I'll prepare LoE, since i won't leave anything to chance.
