Work experience confirmation for spouse after ITA

Hi all,
I think I need your advice.
Migrating in Canada as a secondary applicant which means that my job experience doesn't actually count. BUT in our GCkey profile there are two sections about my experience: Work history (proofs and references needed) and Personal activities. The latter also requires my employment history.
Here's the question: do these two sections have to match? I'd better submit only one reference letter from my latest and current employer. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to gather all 6 references since some of employers aren't available anymore. Does a mismatch in those two sections count as misrepresentation?

Remove your work experience from the work history and state it only in the personal history section. You can write a LOE regarding the fact that your foreign work experience has no relevancy to the PA CRS/eligibility.

Sounds nice to me, but if I delete all positions in "work history" the "continue" button disappears and I can't move forward to uploading documents. Check this out http://rgho.st/8yT7VbVLb
I'd rather upload a letter of explaination but I have no idea how to avoid this "in progress" status.

That shouldn't be the case. Try a different browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.

I also wanted to delete my spouse work history and mention it in personal history but when i tried doing so, work history column says it is incomplete. I did not get any points for spouse work experience, please suggest how to go about deleting work history and mentionining in personal instead.
