Work experience clarification

Hi everyone,
I worked for a company for three years exactly. From Feb 5th 2018 to Feb 5th 2021.
When I'm adding my work experience in my express entry profile there is no option for days. Only months and years. So I'm afraid they think I didn't finish 3 years of experience when calculating my score.
Another thing is that I have a reference letter showing my wage and working hours, but I don't have payslips nor bank statements since my employer gives cash all the time for everyone.
Is my work experience acceptable as it is? if not, what step do I have to take to change the situation?
Thanks for everyone's kind answer.

You will be fine with months and years. Your reference letter is mandatory and must state, wage, working hours and most importantly lists your duties and responsibilities. Does your letter have this?

What do you mean “most of them.” Your responsibilities must match at least 70% of the NOC’s responsibilities

I work as an accountant, but also do some managerial stuff. I asked the HR department to only include the accounting stuff since I'm applying with NOC 1111 as an accountant. So as for the letter, It does state around that percentage I believe.

Thanks a lot. So they accept the letter without other supporting documents? How do they make sure that I didn't provide misleading information with the help of the HR department?
One other question. Can I switch my career after getting my visa? do they ask me to get a job only as stated before later on?

It's 406, but I'm planning to redo my IELTS exam with hope of getting maximum work and education score.
That's the only hope I got left. :)

I have another question....
To increase my CRS score I might need a valid job offer.. and since I'm an accountant that doesn't have a ton of experience, and certainly not in English, is there a good chance to get an offer? what should I do to secure it?
I've read a little bit about job bank and some agencies. However, will the employer, if even there is one interested, wait for me a whole year until I start my job? not likely for my type of occupation. Instead, if I know a company that might help me even though they don't really need me, which is a subsidiary of the one I work for right now outside Canada, is that a better alternative or not? if it is acceptable then what should they do for me? only get an LIMA?

Chance of a job in the accountant field is extremely low. Not only do you need a job offer but the employer needs a positive LMIA (Labour Market assessment) and needs to prove no Canadian could be found to do the job (there are many accountants) and detail why hiring you will allow them to hire Canadians. The LMIA takes months. Then you apply for a closed work permit or wait for PR. Honestly An accounting firm could have hired someone in Canada for the time and money involved.

What is the subsidiary? Does it have Canadian offices? Inter-company transfers are very specific - executive, senior manager or knowledge worker. Your work and knowledge has to be specific for the Canadian office that again they could not find a Canadian or PR.

Also for provincial nominations, some provinces have your NOC as ineligible because it is a licensed profession and because it may not be in-demand.

It's a small company, a broker in jet services.
So there's low-to zero- chance that I get a job offer either way.
About the provincial nomination though, is there a province that doesn't need a valid job offer then?

There are provinces that don’t require a job offer like Saskatchewan but your NOC is ineligible. You need to research PNP programs. Your CRS is low for nominations (If eligible).
