I have to apply for the SINP application for my sister-in-law. She has worked as a Lecturer in Commerce field in a college under Punjab university. She was working on a temporary Basis, session by session in the same college for 5 years full time continuous for e.g: Session 2006-2007: July 2006 to March 2007, Session 2007-2008: July 2007 to March 2008 etc. The period April to June is a session break where the college do not want to keep the lecturer on roll and pay during break as you know private colleges in India hire for a session in a year.
My question is, She is eligible to apply under SINP- University Lecturer (In demand occupation) or not based on work experience ? How her work experience will be counted as 8 months full time regular each session year combining for those 5 years ? what should her work experience certificate say for this break. Could you provide a sample University Lecturer work experience certificate for the SINP program ?
