Hi,

Need help experts

I started my job from 6june and was relieved 4th june next year.

Will it be considered 1 year experience? The number of weeks were same as one year but 2 calender days less than a year.

Any insights/pointers/workarounds will be helpful.

Thanks in advance

They calculate from month to month, so if you are finishing 12 months, you are good.

Not clear if being "relieved 4th june" means you worked or did not work on 4th June. Regardless, the definition of a full-time week is "30 or more hours worked per week," and you have to work 52 weeks...It does not say you have to work 5 days a week...as long as you worked 30 hours in your final week, you were not "short." More than that would certainly be at risk for scrutiny and refusal.

Regardless... I think most VOs would agree that's close enough. Just make sure the rest of your application is rock-solid, so that they don't go looking for a reason to refuse.
