I have finished my bachelors in Computer science engineering in 2009 later i have done my masters degree in Computers in United Kingdom which i completed in 2010. I came back to India in 2011 and worked as a developer from 2011 to 2015,I have applied for WES and they have not considered my masters degree in UK as i didnt provided consolidated markssheet as the university i studied has been shutdown(University of Gloucester). i have done Master of computer science from 2015 to 2017. So i want to apply WES now again with my new masters degree. would it be a problem? and When i apply for Express entry, would it be a problem if i claim points for the work experience which i have before my new masters degree which is from 2011 to 2015.

1) Evaluating a new degree wouldn't be a problem. I would definitely get it evaluated.
2) As long as the work experience matches your NOC code and was in the last 10 years you can claim points. Doesn't matter if it was before the degree.
