Hi friends. I have worked for a US company (even though I don't live in the US) for the past 3 years. I am not an official employee of the company, but we have a contract and I work 40 hours/week, and everything makes it look like I'm a direct employee. In the beginning I didn't have a company, I received my payment through a friend's company and there isn't much way to prove that that was my salary and I paid taxes, etc. More recently I opened a company of my own, and the only purpose is to receive my payments in a more official way, but I still only work for that same US comapany.
My question is...can I count this time as work experience for the Mon Projet Quebec (Permanent workers) application? If not all 3 years, can I count at least the last months during which I've owned my own company?
The company I work for is willing to write an experience letter like the ones they request in Express Entry, so I can prove that I worked for them.
