Hi,
I did my Bachelor's in Computer Science engineering from 2007-2011. The course was completed, but I had some exams remaining (backlogs and the ones I didn't write) when left college. So did not get my degree in 2011.

I started working from 2015 to present. This is more than 3 years and continuous.

But the problem is that I was occasionally writing the exams from 2011 to 2016 and degree was awarded in 2016. I am a software engineer with NOC 2174 . In the Employment requirements section of that NOC it says:

"A bachelor's degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component or Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required"

Since I completed the course in 2011 (I have course certificate and transfer certificate as proof), Can I count my experience from 2015 when I started the job or from 2016 when I got the degree (which will make my experience 2 years) ?

If you can provide a company reference letter starting from Year 2015, you can claim experience for that time period.
