Work Experience - 2 companies ,one more than 3 years

Hey all the Senior Members!!

I have experience with 2 companies.

Co. 1 - 3.5 years (Past company)
Co. 2 - 1.5 years ( Present Company)

I am applying for EE and my current employer will not provide refernece letter.

Can i only put my past company in which i worked for 3.5 yrs in work history and choose not to show experience of my present company which i have been working for 1.5 yrs???


Will gap of 1.5 years make any differences???

Post ITA you'll need to list your current job in personal history section of the application form. So there won't be a gap

you can put 1.5 years current employment in personal history. But please bear in mind, whatever you put in work history adds to your CRS points and anything you declare in personal history doesn't add .

so for creating the EE profile and submitting it ... AS far as i have understood - I dont need to put the experience but later when i receive the ITA then i shall show my current experience in personal history. IS that correct what i have understood?

yes, 3 years plus fetches you maximum points.
