Work Experiance Tracking

Dear Friends,

Kindly advice myself on the issue of my work experience.

Myself has worked for 4 + years in Ghana as Accountant 2 Years & Asst. Finance manager for 2+. My query is that in my last company i have handled Finance Manager position for 1 year & 8 months after that i was promoted to Project manager in which mine duties were to set up a new business for my company. Since the project could not finalize i was transferred to Sales Dept in which i have worked for 5 months since it was not my field i have to resign and come back to India.

1. Will changing of my profile from Finance to Project manager to Sales effect my Application.
2. Most of my senior staff whom i was reporting to has changed the company & people are new there and they know very little about my profile.
3. Should i contact my HR manager to discuss all with him when work exp ref check would be done by CHC.
4. I have my offer letter and all duties of my first job ie of Asst. Finance manager are there. I have my relieving letter in which it is mentioned the different profiled i have handled.

HI,

If you have 1 yr required experience you can apply for Canadian immigration does not matter if you changed your positions after that or changed the job.
When immigration do the employment check the just wanted to confirm that what you have provided is correct. So when you put your experience in the forms just right it exactly what you have said above and immigratio will confirm it with you employer. You can tell the HR that you have applied they should be accepting a call. You dont have to worry if you have a geniune experience.

IF YOU HAVE 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN 38 CATEGORY, NO PROBLEM YOU WORK IN DIFFERENT JOB

NO PROBLEM. VISA OFFICE KNOWS WELL HOW TO TRACK THE COMPANY. THEY CAN VERIFY MORE THAN 10 YEARS OF WORK OF ANY CANDIDATE.

YES,
YOU HAVE MANAGE ALL THE NEW AND UPDATED REFERENCE LETTER FROM ALL YOUR PAST EMPLOYERS. WHEN YOU GO FOR REFERENCE LETTER, INFORM THAT THEY MUST REPLY POSITIVE IF INQUIRY FROM VISA OFFICE

SEND ALL THE OLD LETTERS AND DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE. OLD DOCUMENTS GOT OLD DATES. YOU ALSO REQUIRE TO SEND NEW REFERENCE LETTER WITH CURRENT DATE
