Work expereince documents

Hi ,

we have got an email from CIC stating that my application is being recommended to Buffalo, NY visa office.

This query is regarding Work experience documents , The visa office guide ( pdf document) mentioned in blod font that Original Work experience documents are to be submitted :

Q 1) Is it mandatory to submit Original document ?
Q 2) Can Notarized Work experience documents be submitted in lieu of the original ?
Q 3 ) as per the guide : Work experience documents needs to have salary mentioned, I do not have salary mentioned in my Work experience documents
will that be an issue ?
Q 4) as per the guide : visiting card of the person issuing Work experience documents is required, I do not have visiting card will that make an issue ?

Note : In past 12 years I have changed 6 companies getting all together will be big task for me.

I have less than 120 days now, Any responses would be Highly appreciated .

I think they ask for business card. If the employer doesnt want to give their business card, then make sure their contact information is found on the experience letter and explain in a letter to CIC that they don't give out the business card.

Although, I read several people submitted notarized copies and that worked, but its depend on visa office , IO as well particular situation. As general, you read instructions too, when they mention in BOLD, that mean its mandatory to submit original. In case if you are unable to get originals, submit copies with explanation letter stating reason etc.

As Above.

Q 3 ) as per the guide : Work experience documents needs to have salary mentioned, I do not have salary mentioned in my Work experience documents
will that be an issue ?.

If salary is not mentioned in letters etc, submit other proofs belong letters, like salary slips, bank deposits or tax return etc which proves how much was/have your earning.

Q 4) as per the guide : visiting card of the person issuing Work experience documents is required, I do not have visiting card will that make an issue ?

Try to explain by writing a cover letter with all your documents to IO (Immigration Officer) why you can't arrange is Business card of that person. Hopefully that will work.

Note : In past 12 years I have changed 6 companies getting all together will be big task for me.

You need to submit letters etc only where you are claiming points. If you are claiming points for all of your work experience, then you have to do even its BIG TASK or little. Immigration to Canada is a Big Task in fact. ... Good luck.

You need to get the following documents:

From Currenty Employer:

1. Original Salary Certificate.
2. Original reference letter letter which should mention your designation, date of joining and mention your job responsibilities.
3. Employment contract copy which should be notarized or attested.
4. Attach business card of the person who is signing the refence letter.

Note: If you are able to provide business card then write a letter which should explain the reason of not providing it.

From previous Employers:

1. Original experience letter which should mention your date of joining and last date in the company.
