Work and Education Experience in Express Entry Program

Hi,

When I calculate the points in express entry program, does the foreign work experience have to be skilled to be eligible for points? If yes, does the foreign work position have to be the same as the Canadian one?

And Does the education have to be relative to work experience to qualify for points?

I'm getting confused Can someone help please?

Foreign work experience must be in a skill level A, B, or O NOC.

Your foreign and Canadian work experience do not have to be in the same NOC.

Work experience and education do not have to be related for EE (but for some PNPs they do).
