Hi all. My employer mentions the word stipend in the reference letter rather than salary. Hope that's not going to be an issue, since that stipend wasn't all that much it was paid in cash. Should they mention this as well ?

Anything that you think may cause confusion or doubt should be explained and detailed using the Letter of Explanation. It's better to be safe than to have a rejection due to a "small" detail like that. :)

Thanks. But what should I explain in this regard? Because even the stipend means it's paid work but my employer just choses to call it that because it wasn't very high maybe.

Hey! Was the word "stipend" accepted as a wage? Thank you in advance!

Hi, kindly please reply to my question. Did you pass with this letter using word ‘stipend’? Thanks.
