Got an email from the e-Cas tracker this morning letting me know that e-Cas had been updated. It let me know I got "Decision Made" on May 20, 2011 which is only two days after my AIP approval that I got on May 18, 2011. Now only waiting for a PR landing interview date! Yay, I just can't express how happy I am right now and can't believe it is finally almost over.

I just want to say good luck to everyone still waiting, your day will come because true love always prevails. And a very sincere thank you to everyone that ever helped calm me when I was nervous, comforted me when I was sad, celebrated with me when I had good news to share, gave me tips on the application, and in general was just a good friend. Without all of you and this forum, I don't think we would have gotten through this so smoothly. Thank you.

CONGRATULATIONS.......I HOPE MINE WILL BE THE NEXT.......did E-caS change today....best of luck to you...

Aww you're too kind. Thank you so so so much! We are just hanging out with a friend for tonight but we are going to celebrate it on Saturday along with our 1st wedding anniversary! What a wonderful early gift it is and one we'll always be grateful for and never forget. :D Again, thank you very much!

What kind of decision was made? I've read somewhere here that a decision could be negative or positive... I really don't know...

Well anyway, a positive decision needs a congratulations... Congratulations to you!

Well inland applications have 1st stage and 2nd stage that have to be passed to get PR. 1st stage (sponsor and applicant approved on initial assessment) has already been passed on May 18th and the 2nd stage is only to assess the medical, criminal, and security checks. They made a final decision on this 2nd stage on May 20th. Based on the wording of the e-Cas and talking to others in the inland thread, I think I can safely assure it is a final approval meaning I am 100% approved just waiting on a PR landing date. I will call on Tuesday to confirm but I am fairly confident as my medical is clear and so are my criminal and security checks that I am approved. Basically that final "Decision Made" is the equivalent of "PPR" for inland applicants. Make sense?

Thank you. Not just "some" good news. But for at least inland applicants understand, it is "THE" good news. ;)

Yeah! Congratulations! :)
