Hello everyone, I am wondering what is the time frame for someone after they won their appeal? How long it takes to get your visa?

After an appeal, there are no standard timeframes. There is a rather massive thread here called something like "ALL SPOUSAL APPEALS COME HERE" where you may be able to find more.

We won the appeal in January.still waiting for updated forms,pcc and medical request .depend upon each and every case. Some people get in less than 2 months .

Once you win an appeal cic starts the processing time over again. Which means they give themselves another 12 months to complete your application once they have recieve the file back from iad. After you win, your file will first go to ottawa and then be sent back to whatever office was originally handling it. After an officer reviews your file, they will send you an email asking for, generally new police checks, medical and updated forms. I've read it takes 6 to 8 months to complete from here. However we won our appeal in August and are still waiting to hear anything.

Our request for newly updated documents came from Mississauga, not Ottawa. We won appeal March 22. Got the decision official letter April 2. Not today got the document requests.

We are still waiting for the email to update our forms. And ottawa says our file is in Rabat and Rabat says it's in ottawa!!! I'm getting very angry !!!
