I have total 4 years of experience into Software development. My current designation is Sr.Software Engineer from last 7 months.

Am i elgible to apply for canda immigration?

After my research i found i fall into NOC 2173, what are the chances of acceptance if i apply?

NOC 2173 is not on the list of 38 high demand occupations. If you apply under this NOC your application will not be accepted.

You need minimum one year in 0213 even if it is two jobs

I have 1.5 years experience in "0213-Computer and Information Systems Managers" and 3.5 years experience in "2173 Software Engineers and Designers". That makes me eligible but the question is "Can i claim points for only 1.5 years or whole 1.5+3.5 years of experience?"

I don't have any of sample titles that are mentioned for NOC 0213 in fact I don't have the word "Manager" in my title but I am a Team Lead for past 1.5 yrs which has the same responsibilities of NOC 0213. I am quite sure it doesn't matter but can you guys reconfirm that this isn't going to be a problem for me?

Title is no problem, but your job duties should match 0213 and you need a reference letter regarding the same on your company letter head
