Hello All,

Any help regarding the same would be much appreciated.

Although I have engaged a consultant to help me with the PR filing, but with regards to PCC agent is clueless
I am the main applicant and a Indian national, the problem is for my wife who is non indian national holding a foriegn passport.

Furthermore in the decade under consideration ie (2009 - 2019) she has had multiple stays in india for more than six months.
- 190days in 2011
- 2014 to current continous

Confusion is for which time frame PCC is needed?
Do I need to get her PCC done for both stays over 6 months or just get PCC for the most recent current and longer time frame period. Although in 2011 she has stayed in India.

Also if I make PCC request should I consider one application with single time frame ie 2011 - current or
apply two separate PCC's one for 2011 and another for current stay.

As it is the local authorities( SHO and district police HQ) are being troublesome and stubborn and straightaway denying to issue a PCC in her case saying the same cannot be issued for a foreign national.


Please Help!! Very stressed and no clarity coming from any end

Hi, your wife needs two pcc. One from her home country and one from india.
