They shouldn't do it without your permission but if they were to do it anyway, same if you have been telling people that you have an application going, your full name, DOB and file number and one of them cancelled it pretending to be you, it's very hard to take that back once it's been cancelled.paulharry said:thank you

Hi Leon, I have a similar problem with my current employer but not exactly the same as Paulharry. I should not apply for PR as per the agreement with my employer and he would not support me in providing any docs towards the same. I was just wondering how can I submit a letter of employment which includes my job responsibilities, working hours etc...? Is there an alternative to this employment letter which can be submitted to CIC?Leon said:Whether there is or isn't, you should mail it immediately and hope it gets there faster than your employers request to withdraw if he goes ahead with it. At the same time, you should also phone CIC and tell them that you have had a disagreement with your employer who is also your representative and you have sent the request to remove him but ask if they can put a note on your file not to withdraw it unless it is made by yourself.
