Hello!

I have applied to express entry some time back, my profile had a few work history errors, so after 2 days of sitting in the pool, I withdrew the profile and never got an invite before i withdrew it.

Now I am creating a second profile, and was wondering if I had to fill the question that says " have you applied to immigration and refugee canada before? " if I say yes, it asks for if I have applied for express entry, if I say yes, it will ask for profile number, does any body know if I need to mention my previous profile that I have withdrawn with out getting an ITA? that profile had some serious mistakes on it as my previous lawyer had no idea what they were doing! much appreciated !

You have to mentioned there as " NO"

When you reach to get UCI number , thats when this question is applicable to all ... otherwise that option we have to say NO in EE profile.
If you mentioned as Yes , then you need to give 10 digit UCI number EE profile ( i believe ) ....

UCI will allocate once get ITA and submit our application within 60 days times ( now ) and in the past 90 days...

It should be a 'No'. Creating an EE profile is not applying to IRCC. It is when you have completed the PR application and received an eAPR.

Need urgent help from experts and experienced.
My cousin applied for express entry 2 months back and also he helps his other friends to file the express entry.
I thought since he is well versed with the entire process i decided to give him details and let him get me a Copr (to save the fees of a consultants)
I got the invitation to apply in the last draw. When I took details from him logged in and checked I was shocked to see that he actually SWAPPED my work experience:mad:with maybe one of his friend. When asked he said since he was simultaneously filling details of 2 people (I and his friend) and also we both had similar years of work experience he did the mistake.

I started searching for help and i found this website. Lesson learned that always do it yourself no matter how busy/new to any system you are.:(

Please help guys my CRS is 452. What should I do? I have absolutely no idea. Should I now go to a consultant?

My personal opinion would be to decline the invitation and re submit your profile, if your score is 452, you should the get ITA in the next draw.
Or you can try and raise a request and explain the details to the officer but then it may take longer.

Thank you so much. What I understand is
1) decline the invitation to apply.
2) edit the profile and again submit and wait for future invitation.

Correct me if I am wrong.

1) Yes
2) You'd have to create a new profile and then make all the adjustments, unable to comment, if they'd let you edit the same profile but as far as I know, you'd have to re create it

Thank you.
Some more queries.
1) "Recreate" Means deleting the whole profile and entering data again? right?
2) Won't they claim this as an attempt to misrepresent? (Note : Invitation to apply is not accepted yet).
3) Anyone could do the whole process without any consultants help?

1) You'd see the steps after you decline the invitation.
2) No, they would not. If you can google, there are lot of people, who have done this in the past.
3) Yes. There is no need for an agent and pay them money. The process is quite easy, simple and clear and it is mentioned on the cic website.

Ignore the advice to decline and recreate. You can always update your work exp post ITA once you are filling out eAPR. As long as your score does not drop below the ITA round you should be fine.

In that case won't they get the difference and presume to be something fishy? I don't want to create any bad impression when things could be corrected.

Do you have an idea about how long does their system stores our express entry data after deleting our earlier express entry profile?

Hi,
Do they store the data of the previous withdrawal profiles ?
