Withdrawn EOI, can I submit new EE to be considered for new EOI invitation?

Earlier this year, I received a PNP EOI for Ontario, but because I discovered an error in my EE information, which would have made me ineligible for the PNP, I withdrew my EOI - and corrected the EE information. Now there has been a new PNP draw for Ontario, where I did have sufficient points in my EE profile, but I did not get another EOI from the OINP.

Having read a number of forums, it seems that because I withdrew my EOI on the OINP site, I am no longer eligible for an OINP EOI with my current EE profile. So my question is, assuming it is correct that I will not be eligible for another OINP EOI on this current EE profile, can I withdraw my current EE profile, and make another one (same login, just a new profile) - and will that then allow me a chance to get another EOI from the OINP if my points fit the draw requirements going forward?

If you’re within the 45 days of receiving the first NOI you can submit again. If not then no you can’t. Your best option would be to delete your EE profile and submit another. This is the only way you’ll get another NOI
