withdrawing sponsorship application

I have a question the first question where it asks: IF YOU ARE INELIGIBLE TO SPONSOR, INDICATE WHETHER YOU WANT TO:

Withdraw your sponsorship application. All processing fees less $75 will be refunded.

OR

Proceed with the application for permanent residence. Processing fees will be retained.


DOES either one lessen the chance of you being eligible as a sponsor.. ALSO, which one is the best to go with, im kind of confused about this question.

No, neither one does. Make the selection to withdraw, it will if needed give you a chance to correct something.
