Hi everyone.
Sadly, things aren't working out between my husband (sponsor) and I so we are withdrawing our application and I've moved back to the U.S. We received SA in September, and thankfully no news about the second half of the process regarding me. After doing some reading I'm able to get a refund on the RPRF and have already sent an email to CIC with all the necessary information from here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=732&t=14
Unfortunately I can't access that email anymore, so I only know I received the automated email from CIC. I've decided to send the same letter and receipt via mail as well. Does anyone know what happens from here? Will they send the package back to one of us? Will they pay my refund back through the card I used? Also, wondering if I'm supposed to mail this to the "RPRF Payments and other correspondence" address.
Edit: Just fixed my email problem. I think I'll still send the letter by mail as well though.
